Paul has extensive practical experience in Business Analysis and the application of a broad spectrum of related techniques.  He is skilled in applying structured approaches and Methodology to areas such as business case, business development and (IS/IT) strategy.  Paul also has considerable experience in Knowledge and Information Management.

His assignments have included IS/IT strategy definition, business requirements specification and (browser based) application design, process and organisational change, corporate and strategic data modelling, business development ideas management, business case evaluation, post implementation review, supporting mainstream projects and design and implementation of standards and procedures.
Having set up and then successfully run his own business for fifteen years, Paul has experienced many aspects of business management.  This has included the full business cycle of sales through delivery and follow up as well as budgetary and financial control.  Clients have been supported either directly by Paul or by managing a subcontract resource of other independent consultants.  Paul’s client base (which includes leading names such as Canon, Metropolitan Police, National Grid and Abbey National) speaks for itself in terms of the stature and quality of his consulting activity.
